Static Site Privacy Notes
MaxHax School is a static website. That keeps it simple, but it also means the site should not be treated like a secure private records system.
No Trackers
The public site uses no analytics, advertising trackers, embedded social widgets, external fonts, or CDN scripts.
Course Files
Course content is served as ordinary static files. Course URLs are not private merely because they are absent from navigation, and anyone who has access to a published course URL may be able to open it.
Parent Records
Parent records are stored in localStorage on the current device and browser profile. They are not transmitted to MaxHax School, do not synchronize automatically, and are lost if browser storage is cleared.
Backups
Use the Parent Records page to export a JSON backup before clearing browser data or moving to another device. Imported backups replace the current browser-local records after confirmation.
Sensitive Information
Do not enter a child's full legal name, exact birth date, home address, official enrollment documents, medical information, or other sensitive records into local notes. Anyone with access to the device and browser profile may be able to view local records.
